cr8ives are SPIRITUAL people

I have been thinking about creatives and where they get their art. Like, how can someone sing a song that hasn’t been heard before (most times it doesn’t even exist), write a book, paint an art from wherever the inspiration is from, bruv that’s some spiritual stuff that I can’t seem to fathom.

So a lot of people have different opinions about this topic and one opinion that keeps reoccurring is “if you consume a content for a period of time, your subconscious processes it with time & you start creating similar content”. In other words if you listen to a particular type of song for a period of time, you subconsciously create songs like that.

There is some element of truth in it, but you can recreate a lot of art and still not be able to create something unique. You have to be in touch with your spiritual self, in order to create something that is unique to you. I feel the reason we have artists sounding alike nowadays is that one person starts a wave and everybody starts wanting to sound like them.

I personally believe everybody has their Midas touch, they just need to be in touch with their spirit being. So next time you see creatives doing things that naturally don’t seem normal, just know they are not normal simply because they are spiritual. Take a look at J. Cole, that man is definitely not from here.
